Exercise!

Working out releases stress from your body and is a handy way to kill time when you’re down. It makes you feel better about yourself and once you get into a routine of doing it, it just becomes a hobby.

I think working out is beneficial because you retain a good shape and attract people. If you want to attract people, while it is necessary to be confident and intelligent, I also believe your physical appearance matter as well.

There are many benefits of exercising like it makes you feel better about yourself,  enhances your self esteem, you look good, stay healthy etc.

Basically there is no reason why we should not exercise, so go out and work out, ha!
